Unlike some of you i have the real world to deal with. I know you will leave the last word so, go ahead but I am not going to respond. Just people bragging about there computers. My Macbook is a year old and it has been upgraded so, it should be able to handle a photo editing program. I don't collect computer parts for a hobbie and I am not on a PC where it is possible to put 48GB in your system. Having 48GB may suite the needs for a person like yourself but in normal circumstances it is overkill. Once again, i am not a programmer or a computer guru nor do I EVER intend to be. So, you are saying 48 GB is a normal amount? I am not doing 3D model and animation rendering.
